Le Moto Tapestry would also look lovely completed in either or DMC or Anchor 6 Stranded Embroidery Cotton. You could also be tempted to use some DMC Light Effects threads for the chrome bike components to make them glint in the sunlight….. and maybe a mix of Anchor Marlitt and/or Stranded cottons on the body of the bike to add some gloss and shine..??
Editors Note: For a more modern look, experiment with a combination of threads and textures. Variegated threads can add interest as can metallic, rayon or silk threads for that added sheen and sparkle. Using matching colors in different mediums lets you introduce texture into your work. Perhaps consider some textured stitches??
