Ginnie Thompson Flower Thread
Ginnie Thompson Flower Thread is a lovely 100% cotton thread with a matte finish used for embroidery on linen.
The soft matt colors are a perfect match for natural dyed backgrounds, and look especially good on natural linens. The single twist thread is as thick as two strands of six stranded cotton floss and is available in 105 colors sold pre-wound onto a card as a single thread.
The complete Set of 105 Shades x 1 Card is also available.
Only using a matt thread can give you a subtle but definite finished look to your work. Mixing the Ginnie Thompson Flower Thread with other traditional stranded cottons which have a sheen, allows you to add texture and dimension to your project.
