A Bowl of Spring Bulbs  is a soft and subtle arrangement of Spring time flowers which are part worked on an original hand painted Calico background.

Each panel for A Bowl of Spring Bulbs has been hand painted individually, so this kit is best done as a freehand embroidery, where placement of flowers, leaves and stems will be determined by your own creativity according to your panel.

This method of ribbon embroidery showcases the hand painted panel and gives real dimension to the piece.  Far more effective than just embroidering over a pre-printed panel designed only for showing thread and ribbon placement.
