Protea Kit by Rowandean Embroidery

The Rowandean Protea Kit is a large design featuring one multi colored flower.

Excellent dimension in the picture is achieved from carefully placed appliqued fabrics which are embellished with embroidery stitches.

• presorted threads on numbered organiser card
• a needle
• fully illustrated easy step by step instructions

Editors Note:  Whilst this design is intended to an embroidered wall hanging, I think it would look stunning made into a cushion.

Any one of the flower colors could be used as a backing and perhaps piping to create a professional finish.

There is a few different stitches used in applying and decorating the design, primarily running stitch and back stitch.
