    The Rowandean Burley Lane Embroidery Kit is a lovely peaceful overall embroidery of a rural scene featuring a cropped field with a floral highlight.

It is an interesting project as the highlight of the design  is  the vibrant floral garden which is worked separately on organza and positioned on top of the farm scene for a more dramatic feature.

This kit is predominately done in crewel stitches together with french knots to accentuate the flowers.

This kit would make an delicate and enjoyable project for the novice  through to the more experienced stitcher by following the detailed enclosed instructions.

It would also be a suitable gift  for the more discerning stitcher who likes a variety of projects to work on.

• presorted threads on a numbered organiser card
