Product Information & Pricing

Prices of goods and services and postage rates displayed on the website are current at the time of display.   All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Mt Eliza Needlework Pty Ltd  reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time without notice to you.

Availability of goods

All orders are subject to availability. While every effort is taken to ensure stock levels on the website are up to date, errors do sometimes occur. In the event that an item you ordered is not available you will be notified by email and offered either a substituted product if available or a full refund.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Placing Orders

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received. You agree to provide Mt Eliza Needlework Pty Ltd with current, complete and accurate information (including your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card number (where applicable) when placing an order. Should you enter the wrong address, we will not re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. In those circumstances, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of in connection with the exercise of these rights.

Delivery

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach by us of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Australia Post offers a refund for non delivery or lost in transit Orders which were sent with a Tracking number but can no longer be found.   Please contact Customer Service at Australia Post  to take advantage of this service.

We are not able to refund or replace orders lost by Australia Post where you have chosen a non-tracked shipping method.  You acknowledge and agree that by choosing a non-tracked shipping method you are doing so at your own risk.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Privacy

2. in respect of services, the re-supply of the services or the cost of re-supplying the services.

Mt Eliza Needlework Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage including (but not limited to):

– any loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, performance of failure of this website; or
– damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of  Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
