The byAnnie Zippers by the Yard Zippers contain 4 yards of #4.5 nylon-coil Zipper and 16 color-coordinated extra-large pulls which enables you to make single-slide or double-slide zippers of any length (up to 144″) with little waste, saving money and time, and are just perfect for all your bags, totes and carriers.

Order White-MULTI or Black-MULTI to get black or white zipper chain with one pull each in 16 different colours: Buttercup, Dandelion, Chartreuse, Apple Green, Turquoise, Robin’s Egg Blue, Parrot Blue, Tahiti, Lipstick, Raspberry, Crazy Plum, Atom Red, Hot Red, Tangerine, Pumpkin, and Papaya.
byAnnie recommend using the #4.5 Zipper coil zippers because:
- Dress/skirt zippers carried by most local stores are too narrow making insertion more difficult.
- The wide zipper tape makes insertion easy and the larger #4.5 coil size is just the right size for purses, bags, and totes.
- Our handbag zippers are soft and flexible, making them easy to sew through. (No more broken needles!)
- The nylon coil is strong and durable zip after zip.
- The extra-long pull makes your bag or purse easy to open.
- It’s easy to insert a fabric zipper pull in the large opening of the one-piece zipper pull.
Most of byAnnie’s purse, tote, and laptop carrier patterns call for zippers ranging from 5″ to 24″ in length. It is actually easier to use zippers longer than needed as you can avoid the stops at each end.
